Delivery Information
Our packing section will aim to despatch your parts/accessories as soon as possible. They will normally be despatched on the same day as ordered (if all parts are in stock) if the order is placed before 12.00 noon.Our offices are only open on weekdays so any orders placed after 12.00 noon on Friday through to 08.30 on Monday or on any Public Holiday will not be processed until the next working day.
UK Deliveries
We use Royal Mail or Interlink to deliver our products with the default being Interlink. They normally have a next day deliver timescale for the majority of the mainland with the Islands and Highlands taking longer. Their delivery times will be between 08.00 and 18.00 hrs and a signature is required on receipt. Once you have signed for the goods in good condition, no claims for damage can be accepted.Deliveries are only made on weekdays but Saturday deliveries can be arranged at extra cost if requested at the time of ordering. A quotation will be given for this extra delivery service, which needs to be agreed before the goods are sent.
Export
We regularly sell parts and accessories to our customers around the world and will be pleased to provide a postage price for deliveries to any Country in the world. Please ensure that there will be someone at the address to receive the parts/accessories and a telephone contact number is required for all orders. Please examine the packaging for damage on receipt before accepting and signing for it. Once you have signed for the parts/accessories in good condition no damage claims can be accepted.
